Paris Jackson's biological mom Debbie Rowe reportedly gives up the fight for her daughter's custody.

Based on LifeAndStyle mag article, Rowe filed a case against the Jacksons last April (2014) after the 16-year-old Paris tried to commit suicide on June 2013. This incident happened after the late King of Pop Michael Jackson died from cardiac arrest.

An insider from the family told LifeAndStyle mag about the reason of filing a case. The insider said, "The only reason that Debbie wanted to get custody in the first place was because, as a mom, Debbie was so concerned about Paris' health that she wanted to do anything she could to help."

The insider also explained why Rowe gave up on custody fights against the Jacksons: "But because Paris is doing so well now and she is getting along so great with Katherine, Debbie is no longer pursuing getting custody of her."

Currently, Paris and her brothers, Prince, 17, and Blanket, 12, are under the co-guardianship of their grandmother, Katherine Jackson, 84, and cousin, T.J. Jackson.

The publication learned that Debbie is also the biological mother of Prince, while the identity of Blanket's mother is unknown.
