Kang Ji Hwan's Legal Problems Keeps Getting Big.
Actor Kang Ji Hwan's problem with ex-agency extends.
His ex-agency S Plus Entertainment submitted a claim to the Seoul Central District Court, arguing that he haven't answer any on their phone calls since September and that he changed his phone number. They are claiming a breach of contract that will suspend him from all activities as an actor and entertainer until October 31st, 2013.
This puts his plans to act in the drama "Money Incarnation" at risk. The production from the drama said they knew about his legal problems and have taken measures if the issue that doesn't get resolved. They have held script reading with different actors in their 30s.
The production thinks this problem could be resolved, therefore they haven't officially took him out of the project.
This is not the first time he has problems with an agency. In 2008, he was in a dispute for terminating his contract with Jambo Entertainment, several months before the contract was supposed to end.
