Apart from going free to play, "The Elder Scrolls Online" fans will get to participate in crimes when update 6 goes live.

According to Joystiq, "Elder Scrolls Online's upcoming Update 6 features the justice system which will enable your avatar to participate in a variety of underhanded activities including murder and thievery."

"The latter involves relieving hapless NPCs of their valuables while avoiding those pesky town guards, and the former involves assaulting and even killing AI citizens. At some point you'll end up with a bounty on your head, which in turns affects how guards react to your presence."

Bethesda and Zenimax will be rolling out update 6 later this month. The official TESO site has recently released a guide on update 6, and it has a detailed explanation of what fans can expect aside from the new Justice System.

"Provisioners, rejoice! Big changes are coming to your crafting skill in Update 6. We've reorganized recipes to make them easier to find in the UI, reduced the overall number of ingredients (your inventory will thank us), added new recipes, improved the usefulness of drink buffs, and much more," the site said.

By March 17, all existing PC and Mac accounts will be automatically changed to "The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited."  Account holders will be sent updates about the changes.
