The new trailer for "Fast and Furious 7" premiered during the kickoff of the 2015 Super Bowl a few days ago.

Fans who were watching the footage were surprised when the house of Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) suddenly exploded. Before that happened, he got an anonymous call from Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham). The British actor was heard saying, "Dominic Toretto, you don't know me, but you're about to."

If you've watched "Fast & Furious 6," then you might remember the post-credits scene which showed Statham calling someone and Han's car exploding. There were rumors that Ian Shaw was also responsible for the explosion of Toretto's house. Statham's character is the brother of Owen Shaw (Luke Evans) who was killed by Dom and Brian (Paul Walker) in the sixth installment.

In "Furious 7," we will see Jason Statham's character seek revenge for the death of his brother, which means we can expect a lot of fights in the latest sequel. In the new trailer, fans also got a glimpse of how tough and dangerous Deckard Shaw is. Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) described him as "a special forces assassin".

"They created a monster," he said.

The next scene showed Hobbs and Shaw going head to head, but The Rock's character end up in the hospital after a bomb exploded. We also finally got to see more of Kurt Russel in the new trailer of "Fast and Furious 7."

"Shaw lives in a world that doesn't play by the rules." He warned Dom. "Whether you like it or not, you and your friends are part of it now."

"I don't have friends...I have family," Dom replied.

So what else can we expect from Jason Statham in "Furious 7?"

"I've never seen anything to compare to it." The 47-year old actor told Entertainment Weekly. "I'm really excited to be involved with it. I'm just not gonna tell ya what I'm gonna do."

I guess we will just have to wait until the new installment of "Fast and Furious" hits the theaters on April 3.
