Simpsons Skin Pack Comes To 'Minecraft' Xbox One And Xbox 360 As The Skin Pack Priced At $2.99 Includes Homer, Marge, Lisa, Bart and Maggie In Block Versions! [Trailer]

Looks like a good news for "Minecraft" gamers as 4J Studios officially rolled out the Simpsons skin pack for "Minecraft" Xbox One and Xbox 360.

According to The Fuse Joplin, the update was rolled out without any official change log or detailed reveal, however it is now confirmed that the Simpsons skin pack DLC has finally been made available for "Minecraft" Xbox 360 and Xbox One editions.

On Jan. 15, Xbox Wire announced that Simpsons in fully-textured, cubic glory will soon be available to "Minecraft" players when Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products and Xbox launch The Simpsons content packs for "Minecraft" Xbox 360 and Xbox One editions. The announcement was made at the same time when the Star Wars skin pack DLC was revealed.

According to Venture Capital Post, the skin pack will feature all the members of the Simpsons family including Homer, Marge, Lisa, Bart and Maggie. In addition, they would be also joined by some characters from Springfield such Elementary School Principal Seymour Skinner, Mrs. Edna Krabappel, Groundskeeper Willie, Otto Man, Milhouse Van Houten, and others. That said, there's still so much gamers can do with all the 24 Simpsons characters in the game.

Without a doubt, the launch of this pack has brought America's well-loved family's characters in block versions.

Xbox's Phil Spencer earlier confirmed that since they have purchased the company Mojang, it does not mean they wish to make everything exclusive. That said, the tech giant has paid a whopping 2 billion to acquire it and it's mandatory to gain it back. Although there is no confirmation regarding a release date for "Minecraft" PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, it shouldn't be long before an official announcement is made.

The skin pack, priced at $2.99 might see an update sooner rather than later and bring the missing Springfield characters to the beloved game.
