"The Writings of Nine Houses" Holds First Scrip Reading

Cast and crew of upcoming MBC drama "The Writings of Nine Houses" for the first script reading.

On February 1th, Lee Seung Gi, Miss A‘s Suzy, Yoo Yeon Seok, Lee Sung Jae, Lee Yeon Hee, Jung Hye-Young, and more got together at MBC’s Dream Center in Ilsan to read over the drama scripts.

It was said that Lee Sueng Gi and Suzy read the scrips with ease and were able to act the scenes of the first episodes.

The drama that is directed by Shin Woo Cheol, who have directed hits like “Secret Garden,” “A Gentleman’s Dignity,” and “Lovers in Prague.” It's written by Kang Eun Kyung who wrote dramas “Glory Jane,” and “Baker King, Kim Tak Goo.”

Lee Seung Gi commented that he couldn't wait to portray his character. Besides him, the crew also said that they will bring the best cinematography and quality the drama deserves, having such A-listers as their cast ans director.

"The Writings of Nine Houses" is a historical drama about a man who is half human and half animal. He tries his best to be a human and in order to become one, he will go through different challenges.

The drama will air in early April, after "The Horse Doctor" end its successful run.
