The members of CNBlue are very busy these days. Drama veteran Jung Yong Hwa is busy promoting his new solo album "One Fine Day." Lee Jong Hyun is up for a role in the vampire drama "Orange Marmalade." Lee Jung Shin is in the drama special "Thank You My Son." And now Kang Min Hyuk, a regular cast member on the variety show "Brave Family," is considering a role in the upcoming drama "Who Are You?"

On March 19 a KBS representative told the Korean news outlet Newsen that the CNBlue drummer is in the running for the leading role.

"It's true that Kang Min Hyuk is currently being considered as a male lead for 'Who Are You?' but nothing has been confirmed," said the KBS representative.

Kang Min Hyuk is up for the role of Han Yi Ahn. The story is set in the rarified atmosphere of a private high school. Eun Byul, the school's most popular student, disappears suddenly and when she returns she can't remember what happened to her. The elite school seems like a highly desirable place to study. But as people try to find out what happened to Eun Byul, an undesirable side of the school emerges.

If Kang Min Hyuk does take the "Who Are You?" role it will be his first drama appearance in two years. He previously played a top student named Yoon Chan Young in the popular drama "The Heirs." Yoon Chan Young was a devoted boyfriend to Lee Bo Na and a good friend to the transfer student played by Lee Min Ho.

Before appearin in "The Heirs" the drummer-actor also had roles in "Heartstrings," which starred Jung Yong Hwa and Park Shin Hye, and the drama "My Husband Got A Family."

Baek Sang Hoo, who directed the KBS "Drama Special Season 5 - Middle School Student A" and also "Secrets," is the director associated with "Who Are You?"

Kim Hyun Jung, who wrote "Drama Special Season 5 - Middle School Student A" and Kim Min Jung, who wrote the KBS "Drama Special - Happy Rose Day" will write the screenplay for "Who Are You?"

"Who Are You?" is set to air in April, following the end of the drama "Blood."
