"Asia's Go Talent" judge Anggun cried at the performance of El Gamma Penumbra during the finals round of the competition.

According to ABS-CBN News, "Asia's Got Talent" judge Anggun cried after the shadow play group El Gamma Penumbra took the stage at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on Thursday.

Indonesian rock icon Anggun, who gave a golden buzzer to El Gamma Penumbra during the audition round, said that she "actually promised not to cry tonight."

"Tonight you raised awareness on how important mother nature and animals are more than ever," said Anggun.

She continued: "Our job as entertainers, we are here to entertain people, but if you can - if we can raise - awareness on subjects that really, really matter, then that makes our jobs more noble."

The Filipino group on the grand finals portrayed the importance of mother nature and highlighted social issues such as dynamite fishing, illegal logging and animal poaching.

In addition, El Gamma Penumbra also discussed how people can make a change by taking care of the environment.

Moreover, Grammy-winning composer David Foster is also pleased with the performance of El Gamma Penumbra as reported by Zeibiz.

"Your message is so clear. So beautifully profound," said Foster.

The other judge of "Asia's Got Talent" Melanie former Spice Girls member and Vaness Wu was also touched by the act of the Filipino group.

"Each time we've seen you, there's been a shorter gap and less rehearsal time, but it's got even more incredible. And that is just down to your sheer hard work and creativity and I salute you," said Melanie.

"Such a moving performance, very touching very emotional. Thank you for your message," Vaness Wu added.

Meanwhile, four out of nine finalist on "Asia's Got Talent" are from the Philippines, which includes the El Gamma Penumbra, Junior New System, Gwyneth Dorado and El Gamma Penumbra.
