TVXQ's Max Changmin Wins Award For His Role in Japanese Movie

TVXQ's member Max Changmin was awarded with an award in Japan.

On March 8th, the 36th Japan Academy Awards took place in the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa in Tokyo.

On the event, the singer and actor was awarded with the “Newcomer Award” for his role in the movie “Fly With The Gold.” He played the role of Momo, a North Korean spy, who was pretending to be a college student.

The actor was praised for his Japanese, that even had a perfect Osaka dialect.

On this days, movie “The Kirishima Thing” was the grand winner, winning Best Picture, and Best Director.

“Run with the Gold” was about two friends who will be part of a heist to the Sumita Bank. They are aid by 4 other individual to brake the bank's high tech security.

The movie was released on November 3rd 2012
