"You're the Best Lee Soon Shin" First Episode, Higher Viewing Rate than "My Daugher Seo Young"

After the first episode of the new KBS drama "You're the Best Lee Soon Shin" aired, Nielsen Korea reported that the viewing rate for the episode was 22.2%. The result was higher than the first episode of the prior KBS weekend drama, "My Daughter Seo Young" which was extremely popular.

Specifically, the first episode that aired on March 9 received a total of 22.3% nationwide and 22.5% in the metropolitan area.

The viewing rate for "You're the Best Lee Soon Shin" was very similar to that of popular dramas that ended up receiving over 40% viewing rates. Compared to "My Daughter Seo Young", "You're the Best Lee Soon Shin" received exactly 2.9% more and exactly 0.1% lower than "You Who Rolled in Unexpectedly."

The KBS weekend drama "You're the Best Lee Soon Shin" features a story about a jobless girl in her 20s trying to pursue her dream. Lee Soon Shin (IU) will be developing a close relationship with an entertainment company CEO, Shin Joon Ho (Jo Jung Suk).
