Micromax Mobile launched the new Micromax Bolt Q335 smartphone to its budget Android line-up.

The popular Indian handset manufacturer has added another smartphone to its Bolt-series, the Micromax Bolt Q335. The new Bolt Q335 smartphone is now listed on the company website, but there is no official word on the availability and pricing details.

The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. The Bolt Q335 comes with a 4.5-inch (480x854 pixels) FWVGA TFT display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor along with 512MB of RAM.

In terms of storage, the Micromax Bolt Q335 comes with 4GB on built-in storage, which can be further expanded up tp 32GB via microSD card. The new device sports a 5MP rear fixed-focus camera alongside 2MP front camera. The rear camera features an LED flash, according to reports on NDTV Gadgets.

The battery of Bolt Q335 is rated at 1650mAh, which according to Micromax is good enough for 5.5 hours of talk time on 3G. As far as connectivity is concerned, the new Bolt Q335 supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and 3G. The device boasts a built-in GPS tracker.

But that's not all, the smartphone comes preloaded with an array of exciting apps such as Mannons, Giga jump, Opera max, Reverie, Snapdeal, Quickr, Paytm, NewsHunt, Housing, Hotstar, Dr. Safety, Clean Master, Chaatz and Askme, AndroidHeadlines noted.

Earlier this month, Micromax launched the Canvas Nitro 2 (E311), successor of the Micromax Canvas Nitro (A311) for Rs. 10,900 (around $172). The Micromax Canvas Nitro (A311) was launched in December. The only difference between the Micromax Canvas Nitro 2 (E311) and Micromax Canvas Nitro (A311) is that the former is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core processor and packs a 2400mAh battery. The other specs of the new smartphone are a carbon copy of the Canvas Nitro (A311).

Considering the specifications of the phone, there is a possibility that the new phone will be a low-cost entry-level smartphone, and is likely to have a price-tag of around Rs. 6,000 ($100).
