The Won Bin/Lee Na Young Wedding Prompts More Rumors About A Rain/Kim Tae Hee Wedding

Last week representatives for Kim Tae Hee and Rain dismissed the latest round of rumors that the celebrity couple would marry. Then actor Won Bin and actress Lee Na Young wed in a secret ceremony. The Won Bin/Lee Na Young wedding took place less than two weeks after Eden Nine, the agency representing both actors, denied rumors that they planned to marry and that Lee Na Young was expecting a child.

At least the wedding rumor turned out to be true. On May 31 Eden Nine released photos showing the couple's picture-perfect country wedding.

This promptly set off a new round of the Rain/Kim Tae Hee wedding rumors. Only five days ago Kim Tae Hee's agency denied rumors that the actress included a "marriage clause" in her contract for her upcoming drama "Yongpalyi." The supposed clause would allow her to take time off from the drama's filming schedule to get married.

The agency denied the existence of such a clause and said negotiations over the drama had not yet been finalized. There could not be such a clause because there is not yet a contract.

Even if such a wedding was in the works and Kim's drama schedule would permit it, Rain has a busy schedule ahead with film work in Korea and the U.S.

The actors' agencies also denied a rumor that the stars' families met in April and blessed the union. Rain's agency, Cube Entertainment, denied that any meeting between the parents took place.

But the rumors keep coming. According to the Korean media outlet Sports Donga, the latest round of rumors say that Rain refers to Kim as his "life companion" and that his father has spoken out about how much he wants to see his son marry Kim Tae Hee.

Rain, last seen in the drama "My Lovely Girl," and Kim Tae Hee, whose last k-drama was Jang Ok Jung," met when they filmed a commercial. They have been dating for three years. They have denied wedding rumors since they first went public with their relationship. Rumors were sparked when he converted to Catholicism as it was seen as a prelude to their marrying. Rumors were generated when he sold a home he did not actually live in and again when they vacationed together.

Since the stars continue to deny wedding plans, fans will have to wait and posssibly plan to be surprised.
