"That Winter, The Wind Blows" is beginning to look like the works "Scandal" and "Dangerous Relationship."

In the SBS drama, "That Winter, The Wind Blows", Oh Young (Song Hye Kyo) is a character who Oh Soo (Jo In Sung) must take advantage of.
