Brock Lesnar might return to WWE sooner than expected as rumors doing rounds hint the four-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion will return on next week's Monday Night RAW.

In the wake of RAW doing its lowest rating since the mid-90s, earlier this month, WWE announced the return of "The Beast Incarnate" Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar was reportedly scheduled to return to WWE television on June 22. However, it looks like WWE has changed their minds.

According to reports on Wrestling News, Lesnar, along with his mouth piece Paul Heyman, is scheduled to return on this coming Monday's Raw in Cleveland. Lesnar is expected to go after the WWE World Heavyweight Championship upon his return.

Strong rumors doing rounds hint that "The Beast" will show up as a surprise at this Sunday's Money in the Bank, and also win the Money in the Bank ladder match. However, if other speculations are anything to go by, Roman Reigns is slated to win the briefcase, and there is a possibility that he will be cashing it in later in the night on the winner of the Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins ladder match, Inquisitr noted.

A Lesnar return makes sense in order to pave way for him to recapture the WWE title, most probably from Seth Rollins, or whoever emerges as the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion after Money in the Bank this Sunday.

Citing the recent Stone Cold Podcast with Lesnar's manager Paul Heyman, WWE Universe will be constantly chanting for "The Texas Rattlesnake" during Lesnar's appearance. Since WWE is not confident about a match between Austin and Lesnar, this may become a problem.

If Rollins pulls off yet another victory at Money in the Bank, emerging as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, WWE might go to Rollins vs. Lesnar at WWE Battleground instead of at SummerSlam as WWE wants to do a Rollins vs. Triple H at the upcoming PPV.

In case Lesnar does not end up facing Austin at WrestleMania 32, some speculations hint a Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns rematch, where Reigns will finally get the win over The Beast. WWE believes that fans turned on Reigns last year as it was a year too soon for him to be in the main event, however they are confident that if Reigns squares off with Lesnar again next year, he will have put enough time in, and the wrestling fans will be more accepting of him being the one to defeat Lesnar.

Lesnar is also scheduled to take on Kofi Kingston at a WWE live event on July 4 in Tokyo, Japan. The event will be broadcasted live on the WWE Network. There's a possibility that Lesnar could start a feud with Kingston and The New Day.
