Ed Sheeran's New Girlfriend Is Louise Johnson? Moves On From Athina Andrelos With Irish Model?

After breaking up with Athina Andrelos, Ed Sheeran has reportedly moved on and is dating model Louise Johnson. The “Thinking Out Loud” singer was allegedly seeing his long time friend for weeks now and was just keeping their relationship private.

"Louise and Ed have been friends for years but now they have become a lot closer," an insider told Irish Mirror.

"They are constantly in touch, even when he is on tour, but he is coming here soon for a gig in Dublin and they will be able to catch up then. Friends and family now know, so it is out there. Louise really cares about him and it's going very well."

Sheeran was reportedly happy to be dating someone who is not yet a "big star." It was said that he grew tired of having a highly publicized relationship, just like the one he had with Athina Andrelos.

"The fact Louise isn't a big star is helping things move along nicely. She is different to some of the girls he has been linked to," the insider added.

Ed Sheeran and rumored girlfriend Louise Johnson reportedly knew each other way before they were both famous. It was said that the model was not at all intimidated by his fortune and fame and only wanted him just the way he is.

"She's known Ed since long before he was selling out stadiums and their friendship has built up over the years, so it's not as if Louise is a starry-eyed girl."

The publication further reported that Sheeran has always wanted to move back to Ireland when he finds the right girl. He said that if in the near future he would wish to settle down, he would want their kids to live near his family.

"All my family is moving back to Ireland now. I would love to live here," he shared. "Later down the line when I actually have time to stay somewhere though - I'd love to live here."
