Kourtney Kardashian Scott Disick Split

Looks like Kourtney Kardashian has an unexpected ally in her corner besides the Kardashian-Jenner clan who are standing by the reality star in the wake of her split with long-time boyfriend Scott Disick.

Strong rumors doing rounds earlier hinted that reality star Kourtney Kardashian and her longtime beau Scott Disick are headed towards splitsville in the wake of Scott allegedly cheating with an ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli.

Talking to E! News about how Kourtney is doing after her very public breakup with Scott, Kris Jenner said, "Kourtney's hanging in there," Jenner said, adding that the mom of three is "good."

The 59-year-old momager is the first member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan to address the split publicly. Khloe Kardashian too confronted the issue earlier this week as she took to her Twitter and wrote, "Everyone has their own journey to the pursuit of happiness."

Kourtney has yet to make a statement regarding the breakup which came in the wake of Disick being photographed with another woman in Monte Carlo, according to reports on Inquisitr.

A source close to the situation told People that Kourtney "was over dealing with [Scott's] constant lies and addictions."

Kourtney however has an unexpected friend in her corner, her brother-in-law Kanye West.

While most of the members of the famous Kardashian clan have focused on Kourtney in the wake of her split, Kanye on the other hand is channeling some of his energy towards Kourtney's boyfriend of nine years, Scott Disick.

"Kanye is furious, maybe the most furious of everyone," a source close to the rapper said. "He's saying that a real man doesn't abandon his family like Scott is doing."

West, according to the source is more concerned about the couple's three children: Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 6 months.

"He has made it crystal clear that he's willing to step in and be a strong male figure to the kids if they need him to be," says the source. "He feels strongly about that"

That being said, West would consider letting bygones be bygones if Disick is willing to make an effort.

"If Scott comes back and faces things like a grown man, he'll be surprised how much forgiveness there can be - from every member of the family," says the source.

He needs to have a healthy relationship with his kids, and he can't have that unless he has a healthy relationship with Kourtney and her family. Everyone's hoping he finally makes the right choice," the source added.
