"When a Man Falls in Love" Shin Se Kyung falls into a difficult situation.

April 11, the 4th episode of the MBC drama "When a Man Falls in Love" featured Seo Mi Do (Shin Se Kyung) making a decision to bury all the memories she shared with Lee Jae Hee (Yeon Woo Jin) deep inside her heart.

Seo Mi Do decides to begin officially dating Han Tae Sang (Song Seung Hun). Seo Mi Do compliments Han Tae Sang in front of her parents to show her that he is a very good man.

After she begins dating Han Tae Sang, Seo Mi Do's attitude changes completely. Unlike the cold Seo Mi Do, she reveals an adorable and loving side that was never seen before.

However, Lee Jae Hee is unable to forget about Seo Mi Do and returns to Korea shortly after their breakup. Lee Jae Hee coincidentally runs into Seo Mi Do in the streets and asks her to have dinner. While they eat dinner, Lee Jae Hee reveals his continuing love for her. Regardless, Seo Mi Do says goodbye to him and leaves.

The preview at the end of this episode revealed Lee Jae Hee kissing Seo Mi Do's cheek. This is predicted to be very problematic because this occurs in front of the place where Han Tae Sang was reading. Will he see Lee Jae Hee's kiss? Why would she let this happen there?
