Jay Z And Beyonce Kicked Out Of Their LA Home, Gwyneth Paltrow Convinces Couple To Stay In California For 'Blue Ivy'

Beyonce and Jay Z are hunting for house again in LA. They have been notified to move out of their rental home currently in LA as it is being sold out, stated International Business Times.

Jay Z and Beyonce currently live in a 16,000 sq. ft property located in Holmby Hills neighbourhood. This nearly a mini-palace comes complete with an outdoor pool, sprawling grounds and stunning rooms. Mr and Mrs Carter, owner of the property had put it on sale and they are not ready to outbid the buyer this time said TMZ.com. The mansion has been sold for $35.5 million putting Beyonce and Jay Z on notice to vacate the property in 60 days.

However, the the couple is not really homeless as they recently bought a house in New Orleans for $2.6 million, reported E! Online. The price of their New Orleans mansion is only a fraction of their current mansion and is around 13,292 sq ft making its only marginally smaller than their current residence.

The power couple is trying to make LA as their permanent residence based on their friends advice and will be looking for properties in California basically for their daughter Blue Ivy.  "The friend that really influenced them to move was Gwyneth Paltrow. Gwyneth was telling Jay and Bey about the quality of life for her kids in L.A. and really swayed Beyoncé and Jay to make the move. It's all for Blue Ivy," said US Weekly.

Rumors for their separation are rife amongst the entertainment channels while the couple is actually busy looking for properties in Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills and Bel-Air, stated International Business Times. Moreover, this news comes at a time when Beyonce is already busy with her musical reign with endless incredible performances. She is also planning collaboration with Naughty Boy. The Sun claims that she is ready to record Naughty Boy's latest single "Lose it All"
