‘Death’s Game’ Maintains No 1 Spot In Box Office— What To Expect In Part 2

Seo In Guk's 'Death's Game' Tops Box Office

Since its premiere earlier this month, "Death's Game" received rave reviews and praises from viewers and critics all around the world.

Thanks to its unconventional narrative and intense chemistry between the cast, its viewers had a great watching experience.

"Death's Game" depicts the struggle of a jaded man who has given up on life, and is subjected to experience life and death a dozen times by Death itself.

The TVING series maintained its box office success by taking the top spot among the paid dramas across all cable channels around.

With only four episodes released for Part 1, it already stirred great energy in the holiday season, making everyone anticipate what's about to come in the second half.

Director Ha Byung Hoon thanked the viewers that supported the show. Although he did expect "Death's Game" to receive great feedback, he was still overwhelmed with the outcome.

"I structured the plot so it could be easily understood," the director shared. "I'm glad that the fans found it enjoyable."

The director also asked the viewers to anticipate Part 2 as he did a lot of "foreshadowing" in the first four episodes of "Death's Game."

'Death's Game' Part 2 Release, Where To Stream & More

TVING shared the first half of "Death's Game" earlier this December, teasing the viewers with its second half.

Part 1 revolved around Seo In Guk's character, Choi Lee Jae, and how he ended up playing the dangerous game of life and death with Death itself, played by Park So Dam.

In Part 2, he's expected to finally put an end to his struggles and defeat Death, and successfully escape hell.

"Death's Game" Part 2 consists of four episodes and it will be released on January 5, 2024. It will also be available on Amazon Prime Video with English subtitles so don't miss it.
