Scott Disick was teary eyed on the show stating that he had no one after he split with Kourtney. Viewers were shocked further when Kourtney revealed Scott texted their 5-year-old son while on a binder in France. She went on further to state that Scott is causing irreparable damage to their three children.

In the upcoming season 11 trailer, Scott has been shown crying and begging for Kourtney to give him another chance. However, viewers are more convinced that she wouldn't take him back and hope that she stands by that.

Kim revealed to her family during the show that during her last visit to the doctor she saw more flud in her placenta which could mean she might have diabetes.

Kim was shown in the promo talking to her mother Kris Jenner and eldest sister Kourtney Kardashian who where in an emotional breakdown when she revealed that she was at risk. Viewers will have to wait for the show to premier on TV to watch the full revelations about her pregnancy.

She had earlier written on her blog that pregnancy was the worst thing that had happened to her. The 34-year-old star had long been open about her difficulties when it came to conception and seemed that even after getting pregnant, Kim was still facing a tough time, said The Mirror UK.
