Yoon Hyun Min and Jun So Min Break Up

2016 is not even a week old and the first celebrity break-up has been announced. Actors Yoon Hyun Min and Jun So Min have reportedly ended their relationship.

Entertainment IM, the agency which represents both actors, confirmed their breakup on January 5.

"The two broke up last year due to their busy schedules," the representative told the Korean media outlet Naver TV.

The couple met almost two years ago and began dating at the beginning of 2015. They met through a mutual friend and co-star actor Jung Kyung Ho. Yoon Hyun Min co-starred with in Jung Kyung Ho "Cruel City" and Falling For Soon Jung." Jun So Min acted with him in the weekend drama "Endless Love."

When the actors showed up at a VIP event together in the spring of 2015, people wondered if they were dating.

At the time an IM Entertainment representative would only say that Yoon Hyun Min and Jun So Min were close, but they were not sure if they were dating.

In April the couple confirmed they were indeed seeing each other.

And now they have broken up. Like many celebrity couples, their busy schedules got in the way of dating. There are no hard feelings. According to Entertainment IM, the couple will remain friends.

"They are good friends and support each other's works."

Yoon Hyun Min is currently appearing in the weekend drama "My Daughter Geum Sa Wol." Before taking the role in "Falling For Soon Jung," he played Kim Seul Gi's clueless best friend in the comedy "Discovery of Love." Before he became an actor Yoon Hyun Min played baseball with the Hanwha Eagles and Doosan Bears. He quit sports in 2007.

Jun So Min currently appears in the MBC drama "Victory Tomorrow." She previously appeared in the dramas "Queen Insoo" and "Princess Aurora," and recently appeared in the drama "Maids," starring Jung Yu Mi. Her role in "Maids" was that of a kitchen maid who had an affair with her shiftless young master.

While she was dating Yoon Hyun Min, she completed her contract with Secret Entertainment and signed with Yoon Hyun Min's agency.
