According to E-Daily on the 15th of October, 2020, actress Son Ye Jin of "Crash Landing on You," signed a contract for 16 billion won for a notable building in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul in July and paid the balance last month.

The actress bought the building with 4 billion won in cash, and the remaining 12 billion won were loaned out of a total of 16 billion won. The name under which she bought the building has been reported to be a single name, not a joint name.

The building has a land area of ​​428.70㎡ with 2 basement levels and 6 floors above the ground, with a total floor area of ​​1567㎡ and a sale price of 33.69 million won per 3.3㎡. Previously, Son Ye Jin had bought another building located in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul in 2015 for 9.3 billion won, and then sold it back for 13.5 billion won in 2018. It showed a unique financial ability in three years, leaving a market margin of 4.1 billion won, proving her business acumen.
