Han Ji Min will be playing the role of a girl who has a physical disability who has pushed around through a stroller by her grandmother, based on Josee's original screenplay. Han had proven her stroke of luck when she played a lead role in the 2005 revenge series 'Resurrection' with actor Uhm Tae-Woong.

Han Ji Min also starred with the popular actor Park Yoo-Chun in the historical drama series 'Rooftop Prince´ in 2015. Her recent series was 'The Light in Your Eyes' with co-star Nam Joo-Hyuk, and 'One Spring Night' with Jung Hae-In, both were released in 2019. Han Ji-Min ranked in third place in the DC Inside and My Celebs poll's 'Perfect Female Hanbok Fit Star in Historical Dramas', where 'Start-Up's' lead star Bae Suzy won.

On the other hand, Nam Joo Hyuk will be playing the role of Tsuneo, a college student who will be having a romantic connection with Han Ji Min's character. Despite his numerous success in different drama series, Josee will be Nam Joo Hyuk's acting debut on the big screen as the lead actor.

In 2016, Nam played the role of Jung Joon-Hyung, a varsity in swimming, in the romantic comedy series 'Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo' with the actress and model Lee Sung-Kyung. Nam's first project with Josee's co-actor, Han Ji-Min, is the 2019 series the Light in Your Eyes.

Nam Joo Hyuk is currently acting in the romantic drama series Start-Up with Bae Suzy. The series can be watched every Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. KST on tvN.

Josee formerly is a part of Warner Bros Korea's projects before it confirmed their withdrawal from making films in South Korea. However, 'The Day I Died: Unclosed Case' will be pushed through despite the withdrawal. The movie will be released on November 12 before Josee's released on December 10.
