The "Doctor Stranger" actress Kang Sora is going to be a mother soon, and everyone is excited for her!
On Thursday, Nov. 19, it was reported that Kang Sora is pregnant with her first child. She is also currently taking a break to learn everything there is to know about parenting. Additionally, the actress's due date was also announced, and it's on April 2021.
Following this news, a source from Plum Actors, Kang Sora's agency, confirmed and stated that "Kang Sora expects her first baby next spring." However, they denied the speculations that the actress got pregnant before being married.
It can be remembered that last August, Kang Sora announced her marriage with a non-celebrity husband. She also wrote a personal message to her fans.
In the letter, the actress expressed that she had found the right person to spend her life with. She also thanked her fans for congratulating and supporting her since she her debut over a decade ago. She added that she would try her best to have a happy marriage life and to continue to improve as an actress so that she can give back to all the fans that never failed to support her.
Because of the worsening COVID-19 situation, Kang Sora's wedding was made simple with only their close families as guests.

The South Korean actress was born on February 18, 1990. She started her career in the entertainment industry way back in 2009 through the thriller movie "4th Period Mystery." But she became widely recognized when she starred in the blockbuster "Sunny," a coming-of-age film about a group of high school girls growing up during the '80s. This was then followed by leading roles in dramas namely "Dream High 2 (2012)," and "Ugly Alert" (2013). She was also featured in the third season of "We Got Married," a reality show that pairs up celebrities into fake "married" couples; she was paired with Super Junior member Leeteuk.

In addition, she starred in the 2014 hit series "Doctor Stranger" (2014) and workplace-comedy drama "Misaeng: Incomplete Life" (2014). The former was a massive hit in China with 400 million viewers, while the latter, on the other hand, was dubbed as a "cultural phenomenon" in South Korea.

After her hit dramas, Kang So Ra was offered numerous projects. She played leading roles "Warm and Cozy" (2015), "My Lawyer, Mr. Jo" (2016), and the romantic-comedy "Revolutionary Love" (2017) alongside Choi Si Won. Then in 2019, she returned to the big screen in the cycling film Uhm Bok-dong.
Her latest project "Secret Zoo" was released this year, which was based on the webtoon of the same title. She played the character of a veterinarian who pretends to be a lion. Afterwards, she was also cast in the romance melodrama film "Rain And Your Story."
