Lee Dong Wook Shares That He Is Already Done Filming His New Upcoming Film ‘Single in Seoul’
Lee Dong Wook has been busy working with lots of dramas these past years. This 2021 he is ready to make a comeback on the big screen with the movie "Single in Seoul."
Lee Dong Wook Will Be Making A Comeback on the Silver Screen!
The forthcoming romantic movie "Single in Seoul" will tell the story of two working individuals. A popular influencer who is good at his works and happy to be single, and a prominent editor of a publishing company writing books that talk about the life of a single.
Lee Dong Wook is expected to be playing the character of Young Ho, a former lecturer who turned out to be a social media influencer. Opposite to him is actress Im Soo Jung who will be portraying the role of a chief editor named Hyun Jin.
On Feb 8, Lee Dong Wook surprised fans through a live stream event in one of the popular streaming sites of celebrities in South Korea, V Live. He warmly greeted all his international fans the moment he started the video and said "There is no script ready for today, so I just turned this (video) on to talk to you (fans) before the Lunar New Year."

Actor Lee Dong Wook Works Nonstop
The 39-year-old actor continued by sharing to his fans about the previous work he had, "I just finished filming 'Single in Seoul' three days ago. After shooting the drama 'Tale of the Nine-Tailed' I took an eight days break and started filming the movie right away."
He also confessed that working nonstop is very tiring, which is why he is very thankful to all the production members who helped and assisted him during his work, "It was draining both mentally and physically (working). But I am relieved that it is all over now. I would like to thank our staff members who take good care of me during the shoot."
Dong Wook went on "Remembering the past three months, I don't really know how it went. Not because I was too busy, but I just feel like I wasn't in my right and stable mind as I continued to film day after day."
While talking to the fans, he shared some glimpse about his upcoming movie, "I think some of the production staff already watched the rough draft of the film, and they said it was good. But I haven't seen it yet. With the current situation that we are all facing, the release of the movie will be moved to a later date."
The movie show may be moved, but Lee Dong Wook assured that it would be released within this year, and he hopes that people will give love and support to the film.
"Single in Seoul" marks Lee Dong Wook's first-ever lead film after almost 11 years. With his jam-packed shooting schedule, the "Tale of the Nine Tailed" actor just proved how hardworking he is throughout the years of producing content for his fans. It may be from magazines, advertisements, shows, dramas, and movies, Lee Dong Wook has built his own name in the industry through his talent and determination.
