In the first minutes of the video, Kim Jung Hyun and Na In Woo were filming an intense scene. During their rehearsal, Kim Jung Hyun fully immerses in his character as King Cheoljong and goes to Na In Woo announcing that he will end their brawl once and for all. In response, Na In Woo humorously makes a sign that involves drinking and Kim Jung Hyun expressed, "You're very tall."

In the next scene, actress Shin Hye Sun unites with her co-stars and approached them saying "You should both calm down." Na In Woo grins but Kim Jung Hyun was confused if that part was included in the script. Then he eventually realizes that it wasn't.
Before shooting their scene, Kim Jung Hyun goes to Na In Woo to give him encouragement stating "Let's do our best." Na In Woo agreed and gives him a big hug, but instead of giving back a hug, Kim Jung Hyun instantly looks at Shin Hye Sun and said "My queen." To this, Na In Woo burst into laughter and the caption reads, "the king only has his eyes for his queen."

The next moment is when Shin Hye Sun and Kim Jung Hyun is filming their horse riding together. Their sweet moment was filmed flawlessly but behind the scenes, the two lead stars laugh their hearts out as Cha Chung Hwa whines her lines in the background.

Spotted in the video is Seol In Ah who waves politely at the camera. She performs with Shin Hye Sun in a scene where it is exposed that the king hasn't died. Both actresses share each other's opinions on how to make the scene better and they practice their lines together. They showcase their close friendship onset by just having fun while working together.

"Mr. Queen" Short Synopsis
"Mr. Queen," tells the story of a man who lives in the modern world named Jang Bong-hwan (Choi Jin Hyuk). He works as a chef for the country's politicians in the Blue House. One day, he discovers himself trapped inside a queen's body in the Joseon Dynasty era.
In the drama, Shin Hye Sun portrays the character of Kim So Yong a.k.a Queen Cheorin of the Joseon Dynasty. Kim Jung Hyun on the other hand portrays the character of King Cheoljong, the queen's husband who is a gentle and easygoing person. He is considered a weak and ineffective king, however, he holds a stronger and sharper personality deep inside.
