The upcoming fantasy romance drama revolves around the character named Myul Mang, which is played by Seo In Guk.

Myul Mang has the uncanny power of making everything he touches, vanish. His interactions with a woman named Tak Dong Kyung, who is played by Park Bo Young, will be the main plot of the story.

Being one half of the main cast, Park Bo Young knew she has a good role in her hands. Ahead of the premiere, she took time to engage in an interview with Soompi and talk about this blessing of a role, even if it can get quite challenging.

According to Park Bo Young, she chose to accept this drama because it satisfied all her criteria for a good project. First, it is interesting for her. Second, it is emotionally touching, and third, the story itself makes her curious to see what happens next.

She then shared that she also chose to accept the project because she likes to work with the writer Im Me Ah Ri as well as the director, Kwon Young II. Having the chance to work with the two made her say yes to the project without hesitation.

Regarding her character, Park Bo Young revealed that Dong Kyung only has 100 days left to live and is doing her best to make sure those days would not be wasted. The actress shared she admires the character's choices because she personally would not be able to make the same if she is on the verge of death.

"It is impressive how she frankly and confidently makes decisions that would have been difficult if I was in that same position," she explained.

She added that it was a bit challenging for her to portray the character because it was taking a lot for her to imagine herself in the character's place. However, she said she is very committed to the role, focusing on "when and what causes Dong Kyung to feel her desire to live" so she can bring the character to life.

Despite the complexities of playing a character whose situation she cannot imagine, her time on the "Doom at Your Service" set is very pleasant because of her co-stars.

The actress revealed that there is an endless supply of laughter when she is with her co-stars, Lee Soo Hyuk and Shin Do Hyun. She revealed that her chemistry with Lee Soo Hyuk is great, and her friendship with Shin Do Hyun, despite their age differences, is very fun. "I am older than her in real life but younger than her in the drama, so we are having fun working together while joking around a lot also," she shared.

Working with SF9's Dawon, who plays her younger brother, sometimes feels so real that she sometimes imagines what it is like to really have a younger sibling.
