‘Descendants of the Sun’ Actress Song Hye Kyo Purchases New Multibillion Property in Seoul

Song Hye Kyo's Newly-Purchased Building is in the Same Area Where Some of the A-List Celebrities Lived
Recently, it was reported by a famous media outlet in South Korea that prominent actress Song Hye Kyo is now an owner of a multi-billion won building located in the heart of Seoul. It was also stated in the report that the beautiful star bought the said building in Hannam Dong in March 2021, which cost 19.5 billion won (around 17 million USD).

To give you a little insight, Hannam Dong is known as one of the most luxurious places in Seoul. It is where most of the wealthy personalities lived, including BIGBANG member G-Dragon, BTS, So Ji Sub, Shin Min Ah, and other businessmen and politicians.
In 2019, the "Full House" star moved to one expensive apartment in Hannam Dong, which is a walking distance from her newly bought property.

The 39-year-old actress is said to manage the building at ease since it is located near her home. She is currently working on her new upcoming romantic drama, "Now, We Are Breaking Up." This series marks her return on the small screen.

Lee Seung Gi Also Purchased a Multibillion Won Property in Seoul
In April 2021, it was confirmed that the "Mouse" star Lee Seung Gi bought a new expensive two-story house in Seongbuk Dong in Seoul. It costs 5.6 billion won (approximately 5 million USD) and has a land area of 1000m.
Recently, Lee Seung Gi finished his mystery-thriller series "Mouse" and is currently filming the famous variety show "Master in the House." He was also confirmed to have been in a relationship with actress Lee Da In and some of their photos together immediately circulated on the web.
