‘The World of the Married’ Star Kim Hee Ae Returns with New Reality Show 'Escape'
Hallyu queen Kim Hee Ae is set to appear in her first-ever reality show, "Escape."
Fans would get to see the other side of "The World of the Married" star as she sets to take greater heights with her upcoming program.
According to various media outlets, the news was announced by Discovery Channel Korea and SKY Channel, confirming that the A-lister will star in a travel-inspired reality show.
What We Know So Far About Kim Hee Ae's Reality Show
Although it is pretty distant from her usual K-dramas and film, the soon-to-be-released program is set to capture Kim Hee Ae's journey as she discovers the true beauty of nature.
It is said that Discovery Channel Korea and SKY Channel's new reality show will be a three-day, two-night trip with the Hallyu star alone in her car.
Interestingly, "Escape" won't follow any script, giving the viewers and fans raw output from the actress and her activities.
Kim Hee Ae's reality show is set to broadcast on September 2 and will be available on seezn's online video service.
Recently, the OTT platform gave fans a sneak peek at the anticipated program, with the actress traversing to a vast ridge.
"This is how I'm going to be alone," she mentioned in the video.

Kim Hee Hae's New Drama, 'Queen Maker'
"Escape" will be one of Kim Hee Ae's upcoming projects since she starred in 2020 hit K-drama "The Worth of the Married" with Park Hae Joon and "Nevertheless" star Han So Hee.
To recall, the 54-year-old A-lister played the role of successful family doctor and associate director, Ji Sun Woo, whose husband is caught up in a marital affair.
The romance drama became so popular that it had an adaptation in the Philippines titled "The Broken Marriage Vow."
After a year, she is set to return to the small screen with a new fantasy drama, "Queen Maker," together with Moon So Ri.
In July, Kim Hee Ae's agency, YG Entertainment, shared that the actress is reviewing the offer.
In the upcoming K-drama, she will take on the role of girl boss Hwang Do Hee.
With her 12-year-long career, she is known in her field as the best of the best, dealing with President Identity (PI) consulting, and is currently Eunsung Group's Strategic Planning head.
