Netflix entices viewers with Han So Hee's transformation in her new K-drama "My Name" alongside Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Hee Soon.

In the newest trailer, the up-and-coming actress goes undercover in search of her ultimate vengeance for her father's death.

The short clip featured the revenge-driven woman named Yoon Ji Woo, played by Han So Hee, as she engaged in a fierce battle after joining the biggest drug syndicate in South Korea led by Choi Moo Jin portrayed by Park Hee Sun.

"My Name" trailer displays Han So Hee's impressive combat skills as she fully immersed into her character.

Moreover, the clip also shows how the female undercover sharpens her skills for her to survive the chaotic world and find the truth behind her father's death.

The 26-year-old actress traded her paintbrushes in "Nevertheless" to boxing gloves in "My Name" to prove that she is more than just a pretty face.

'My Name' Release Date, Cast, and More

Helmed by PD Kim Jin Min, who is also the man behind hit series such as "Lawless Lawyer" and "Extracurricular" and penned by screenwriter Kim Ba Da, the thriller crime K-drama also boasts a star-studded cast that would surely pique the viewers' interest.

Apart from Han So Hee and Park Hee Sun, they will be joined by Ahn Bo Hyun, who took on the role of police detective Jeon Pil Do.

He works at the Drug Investigation Unit and will be Yoon Ji Woo's field partner.

"My Name" cast members also include "Sweet Home" actor Kim Sang Ho as Cha Gi Hom, the Drug Investigation unit team leader, and Moo Jin's longtime nemesis.

Following the captivating still cuts and trailer, Han So Hee's new drama is scheduled to be released on October 15 with a total of eight episodes.

Han So Hee Share Thoughts Regarding her New Character in 'My Name'

The Netflix series will be Han So Hee's first major action-packed drama, after starring in the hit K-drama "Nevertheless" with Song Kang.

According to one outlet, the 26-year-old actress shared her realizations and insights about shooting her upcoming series.

"I realized for the first time that I have two left feet. I gradually transformed by going to action school on all of the days-Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays-and I had fun filming because of the euphoria that comes after perfectly completing an action scene," she explained.

At the same time, PD Kim Jin Min lauded the actress for her dedication despite undergoing "extremely hard" stunt scenes.
