The 2009 romance comedy action film "7th Grade Civil Servant" left a huge impact not only on the viewers but also on the whole film industry. With its huge box office success, the film is now one of the classics.

Kim Ha Neul

After the grossing film "7th Grade Civil Servant," Kim Ha Neul immediately jumped onto her next project, "Road No. 1."

In 2011, she portrayed a visually impaired former detective who becomes the sole witness to a murder in "Blind," and even bagged several awards at the Grand Bell Awards and Blue Dragon Film Awards.

In the following years, she appeared in dramas "A Gentleman's Dignity," "Don't Forget Me," "On the Way to the Airport," "Misbehavior" and "With God."

JTBC's "The Wind Blows" and "18 Again" are the actress' recent dramas.

The actress hinted at her return to the small screen with the forthcoming tvN drama "Kill Heel," which follows the harsh reality of home shopping.

"Kill Heel" is slated to premiere some time in 2022.

Kang Ji Hwan

In the same year of the release of the highest grossing Korean film, he participated in the telecinema "The Relation of Face, Mind and Love" with Lee Ji Ah.

He then starred in various dramas like "Coffee House," "Lie to Me," "Runway Cop," "Incarnation of Money" and "Big Man."

In 2019, Kang Ji Hwan decorated the "Joseon Survival Period." However, after months of filming with the production unit, Kang withdrew from the drama due to issues surrounding the actor.

Kang Ji Hwan is now currently taking a break from the television industry, and focusing on himself.

Jang Young Nam

The year 2009 was a golden year for actress Jang Young Nam. After "7th Grade Civil Servant," she was welcome with a slew of multiple projects.

In the same year, she starred in three films including "Possessed," "Goodbye Mom" and "Good Morning President."

Jang Young Nam's career prospered and appeared in many famous dramas and films, "Hello Ghost," "Don't Forget Me," "Love Lies" and "What a Man Wants," to name a few.

In 2013, she also starred in the drama remake of the film alongside Choi kang Hee and Joo Won.

The actress gained critical acclaim after her superb performance in the 2017 romance comedy sports drama "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" with Lee Sung Kyung and Nam Joo Hyuk.

She also starred in the award-winning drama "It's Okay to Not Be Okay."

In 2021, the actress returned to the big screen with the sci-fi film "Seo Bok" and transformed into the baddest detective in "The Veil."

Her KBS Drama Special "F20" premiere was postponed due to the petition of many medical groups, after reviewing the drama. According to the concerned, the drama special includes misleading information that will eventually put people with disabilities to harm.

Currently, the actress is busy filming her upcoming action thriller film "Wolf Hunt" with Seo In Gu, Jang Do Yoon and Jung So Min. The film is slated to be released in the early half of 2022.
