The second part of "The Red Sleeve Cuff" is about to begin, and MBC just dropped new drama stills revealing another heart-fluttering moment of Yi San (Lee Junho) and Sung Deok Im (Lee Se Young).

At the ending scene of "The Red Sleeve Cuff" episode 8, Yi San gave Sung Deok Im a tight and comforting hug after knowing she was the young girl he had met in his childhood. As they already confessed their true feelings for each other, the upcoming episodes left the audience anticipating seeing more of their slow burn romance.
In the new "The Red Sleeve Cuff" stills, the court lady unexpectedly falls asleep in peace in the crown prince's bed. Meanwhile, Yi San affectionately watches her and is hesitant to touch the lady's beautiful face. Instead of bothering to wake her up from her peaceful nap, Yi San just continued to cherish the moment of staring at Sung Deok Im.

'The Red Sleeve Cuff' Teaser: Sung Deok Im Feels Anxious about Yi San
MBC also released a short clip from "The Red Sleeve Cuff" episode 9 teasing viewers of the tension inside the palace.
Court ladies are busy working for the crown prince's arrival. Sung Deok Im and Court Lady Seo (Jang Hye Jin) are preparing Yi San's blue robe. After everyone finishes their duties, they all gather outside the palace to wait for the crown prince.

Lady Kwon (Kim Ja Young) reminds Yi San of his next activity but he refuses to listen to it for a moment, and continues to enter the palace with doubtful feelings. Sung Deok Im on the other hand immediately notices the crown prince's change of expression which bothers her the most.

In addition, due to its increasing popularity, MBC officially confirmed that "The Red Sleeve Cuff" will add another episode to improve the ending of the record-breaking drama. Instead of having 16 episodes, the series will end its run in episode 17.
Many fans and viewers were ecstatic about the sudden change of plans by the production team.
