Apart from Hallyu star Lee Min Ho, Woo Do Hwan took the spotlight in the 2020 Kdrama "The King: Eternal Monarch."

He may be the second lead, but the South Korean heartthrob mesmerized the viewers with his charm and his character's playfulness and carefree personality.

To recall, he took the role of policeman Jo Eun Seop and Captain Royal Guard Jo Young.

Apart from his acting skills, and interesting characters, fans swoon over Woo Do Hwan's visuals, especially his stunningly ripped physique.

In a 2018 episode of the variety show "Section TV," the 29-year-old actor spoke about how he started seeing working out and exercising as his hobby.

Born and raised in Anyang, South Korea, Woo Do Hwan once revealed about hiking and using mountain rocks as his equipment.

"I started working out when I was 20, but I didn't have the money to join a gym, so I just exercised with rocks in the mountains. There was a small mountain behind my house, so I went hiking and exercised there," he mentioned.

Now that he is raking in millions of net worth, it is safe to say that "The King: Eternal Monarch" star is spending most of his time at the gym doing his daily workouts.

Interestingly, because of his jaw-dropping body, the South Korean star became a brand ambassador of outdoor apparel, flaunting his toned biceps and showing off his stunning facial features.

Adding to the list of his endorsement is a skincare brand.

Women will totally envy Woo Do Hwan's flawless skin, which is why Korean skincare brand Oozoo, made him their ambassador in 2018.

He tells Showbiz Korea that his eyes helped him in acting, especially playing various characters.

Talks About his Friendship with Park Seo Joon

Aside from his Wooga Squad, Park Seo Joon is friends with Woo Do Hwan after they both starred in the 2019 film "Divine Fury."

In the action thriller movie, the 29-year-old star played a mysterious creature named Ji Shin while the "Itaewon Class" star took on the role of Park Yong Hoo.

At the time, he revealed his friendship with the actor saying, "Park Seo Joon is very mellow. I called him as I got worried for the [movie's] release. Rather than not being afraid, he has a strong sense of composure. He always takes care of me well."

Interestingly, during the production of "The King: Eternal Monarch," Woo Do Hwan received a food truck from none other than PSJ himself.

He shared a series of photos and heartfelt messages for the actor over his Instagram.

In July 2020, Woo Do Hwan enlisted in the military, specifically joining the 15th Infantry Division.

In a pre-recorded video shared by his agency, KeyEast Entertainment, the 29-year-old star thanked his fans for the overwhelming support and promised to return healthy and safe.
