EXID’s Hani to Portray Rain’s ‘Friend’ in ‘Ghost Doctor’ + Kim Bum and APINK’s Son Naeun Flaunt Chemistry in Elle Korea
EXID's Hani surprised fans with her cameo for the upcoming episode of Kim Bum and Rain's Kdrama "Ghost Doctor."
tvN released a teaser featuring the Kpop star and her new role as Lee Ji Woo.
EXID's Hani to Appear in 'Ghost Doctor' Episode 7
In the teaser video, the 29-year-old beauty will portray a popular singer-actress named Lee Ji Woo and goes by her stage name Jessica.
Interestingly, the fantasy medical drama will uncover her connection with the genius thoracic surgeon Cha Young Min, played by Rain.
From the looks of it, the K-pop star turned actress will be one of the patients of Eunsang University Medical Center. This raises whether Cha Young Min and Ko Seung Tak (Kim Bum) will handle her operation.
To recall, they both settled and agreed to unite for the sake of their patients.
The first-year medical student Ko Seung Tak allows Professor Cha to possess him and use his body to perform operations on his patients; however, Tess (Sung Dong Il) warned him that there would be repercussions if he did this often.
Interestingly, EXID Hani's brother, Ahn Tae Hwan, is one of the casts of "Ghost Doctor."
In tvN's medical fantasy Kdrama, he took the role of surgical resident Kim Jae Won, one of Ko Seung Tak's batch mates and close friends.
Moreover, joining the lineup is UEE, who took the role of Cha Young Min's ex-girlfriend, who is now his guardian and doctor, Dr. Jang Se Jin.
In addition, APINK's Son Naeun plays emergency room intern Oh Soo Jung while Tae In Ho is the series' antagonist as he took the character of Administration Deputy Chief Han Seung Won.
"Ghost Doctor" episode 7 will air on January 24 at 9:30 KST.
APINK Son Naeun and Kim Bum Graces Elle Korea's February Issue
Speaking of Son Naeun, the singer-actress graced Elle Korea's February issue alongside her "Ghost Doctor" co-star Kim Bum.
The publication teased fans with a series of photos flaunting their chemistry and undeniable visuals.

During their interview with Elle Korea's team, the 32-year-old heartthrob spoke about his experience filming the tvN's medical fantasy Kdrama.
He revealed that his role, Ko Seung Tak was "very different" from his personality, describing him as "playful" and has a "comical character."
As for Kim Bum, he described himself as a "quiet person, adding, "Even as a child, I preferred reading books and playing with Lego blocks at home rather than running around on the playground."
Meanwhile, the singer-actress hints about her character's relationship with Ko Seung Tak, which is "neither a normal friendship nor love."
When asked about her working relationship with lead stars Kim Bum and Rain, APINK's Son Naeun says that "they are both shy."
Moreover, she also revealed their MBTI, which is both INTJ or Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Judging personality traits, meaning they are creative, highly analytical, and logical.
