On February 9, actress Jeon Mi Do shared a photo on her personal Instagram account featuring "Hospital Playlist" co-stars Ahn Jin Eun and Shin Hyun Bin.

The caption reads "A gathering of Yulje Hospital employees," referring to the medical center where their megahit drama "Hospital Playlist" takes place.

"Hospital Playlist" follows the story of five friends in their daily lives as doctors. In the drama, Jeon Mi Do plays the role of the talented neurosurgeon Chae Song Hwa. Ahn Eun Jin takes on the role of OB/GYNE resident Chu Min Ha, while Shin Hyun Bin plays surgical president Jang Gyeo Ul.
The Instagram post received various reactions from "Hospital Playlist" fans. Some were delighted to see the three powerful actresses together. Some also expressed their curiosity in the comments about a possible third season.

"Hospital Playlist" is one of the most successful South Korean releases in 2021, before the global success of "Squid Game."
The medical romance drama earned the trust of the viewers, and even released a second season. It perfectly depicts life, dreams, friendship and love stories through the five main protagonists who held hands together in becoming doctors.
Since the release of the second season, Shin Won Ho, the director of the popular drama, has been asked about the possibility of a third season.
Although many desire to see another season of the drama, the director explained that he has no definite plans for the third season.
"Hospital Playlist" is focused mainly on the characters' daily lives. The director said, "Like us, the characters' lives go on. When today passes, we have tomorrow's story to tell, so on and so on."
"Since I've accumulated a lot of concerns and exhaustion, I don't think it'll be easy to continue with the drama," Shin Won Ho explained.
