According to various media outlets, an unnamed netizen, who claims to be a neighbor of the actress' family, shared a lengthy post detailing a series of incidents involving Seo Ye Ji's parents.

Based on the post, her parents reportedly occupied a common area by placing dog gates around a staircase, causing conflict among the neighbors.

In addition, the post also claimed that Seo Ye Ji's father got physical and "pushed people threateningly."

Aside from it, the netizen mentioned that the "Recalled" star would visit her family at least three times a week and would illegally park in front of the neighbor's garages, blocking other cars.

Unfortunately, the issue has been going on for four years. The actress and her family reportedly tried to resolve it through her agency's lawyer.

Moreover, the post claimed that despite getting an apology, Seo ye Ji "did not seem like she meant the apology," adding that her parents will be moving out of the neighborhood.

Surprisingly, the "Save Me" star reportedly asked the unnamed netizen, "You're not going to write about this online, are you?'" which made her question the actress' apology.

As for the sincerity of the actress' apology, the management pointed out that what is important is that both parties have resolved the issue.

On February 27, the 31-year-old actress broke her silence and issued a formal apology addressing the controversy involving the allegations she faced in 2021.

After ten months since the issue broke, Seo Ye Ji apologized for the delay of her statement as she had been "taking time to reflect" on herself.

"I would like to sincerely apologize for making many people uncomfortable due to my shortcomings. Once again, I sincerely bow my head and apologize for the fact that I have disappointed you greatly," she said.

Concluding her official statement, the actress acknowledged that the issue stemmed from her immaturity and vowed to" work hard to behave more carefully in the future," showing the public "a more mature version" of herself.

To recall, Seo Ye Ji drew flak after Dispatch Korea leaked her private conversation with ex-boyfriend Kim Jung Hyun.

Based on the text messages, she manipulates the "Crash Landing on You" star to avoid skinship scenes with co-star Seohyun during their 2018 K-Drama, "The Time."

At the height of Seo Ye Ji's controversy, she was also accused of bullying and lying about her educational background.
