According to Newsis, the Hallyu star is postponing all his current and upcoming activities after being diagnosed with the virus.

Kim Woo Bin's agency AM Entertainment shared the actor's status and revealed that he is currently in quarantine as per health and government protocol guidelines.

"Kim Woo Bin is quarantined at home in accordance with the guidelines of the quarantine authorities," the talent label shared.

Meanwhile, ARP Agency released a statement regarding the actor's supposed appearance at the event.

As obtained by the outlet, the management explained, "We had to cancel Kim Woo Bin's photo event, which was scheduled to be held today to commemorate the Jaeger-LeCoultre exhibition."

The model-turned actor reportedly tested positive for a self-diagnostic kit on May 23 and proceeded to a medical institution to undergo a rapid antigen test.

Kim Woo Bin both tested positive; hence his agency was forced to suspend all schedules.

The actor had just returned from his hiatus after being diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer back in 2017. As noted by CDC, "cancer patients and survivors may have a higher risk of getting COVID-19 and other infections" and should take precautionary steps to protect their safety.

As for Kim Woo Bin, he underwent a three-year hiatus and successfully recovered from his cancer battle.
