On June 27, the "Thirty-Nine" star shared the news on her social media revealing "joyful news."
Son Ye Jin's Instagram featured a photo of a plant alongside a heartwarming message.
In a short yet endearing caption, the Hallyu star mentioned that a "new life" has come to the couple, hinting at her pregnancy.
Moreover, she shared the changes in her body, yet she feels happy.
"I'm still a bit dazed, but I am feeling changes in my body every day with concern and excitement," she wrote.
She concluded her post by saying that she and Hyun Bin "will make sure to protect the valuable life" that has come to them.

While Son Ye Jin paused her activities because of her pregnancy, Hyun Bin is making a comeback to the big screen with multiple movies.
Four years after he headlined the historical action thriller movie "Rampant," the South Korean star will lead back-to-back films.
Hyun Bin will reprise his role as North Korean detective Im Chul Ryung for the highly anticipated sequel, "Confidential Assignment 2: International."

Aside from the 39-year-old actor, he will be joined by veteran star Yoo Hae Jin who also appeared in 2018 "Confidential Assignment" as South Korean detective Kang Jin Tae.
For the second installment, the upcoming film will also feature Daniel Henney and Girls' Generation's YoonA as the lead stars.
On Daniel Henney's Instagram, he revealed a teaser for the sequel alongside a message that reads, "The boys are back in town... this time with one extra. 'Confidential Assignment 2'... it's coming."
Apart from this, Hyun Bin will also star in "The Point Men" as a NIS agent and is courted to join the cast of the historical action crime film "Harbin" with Jeon Yeo Been.
