Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022 honors the contribution of streaming platforms as they deliver top-notch K-dramas to global audiences.

The first-ever ceremony will highlight the achievements of streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, WATCHA, seezn, wavve, Kakao TV, Coupang Play, and TVING in producing great dramas and variety show content.

Hosted by Girls' Generation's YoonA and Jun Hyun Moo, the 1st Blue Dragon Series Awards will be broadcasted on Sports Chosun and scheduled on July 19 at 7 pm KST in Paradise City in Incheon.

Interestingly, one of the most talked-about categories, besides the Best Actors and Actresses is the Best Supporting Actress as it features interesting nominees from veterans to newcomers.

Viewers would recall one of the most beloved K-drama ahjumma through Lee Jung Eun.

However, she showed her versatility in Netflix's "Juvenile Justice" as she took the role of head judge Na Geun Hee.

She is the same judge who acquitted the case of two boys who killed judge Shim Eun Seok's only son. In the crime drama, judge Na Geun Hee exudes terror through her sarcastic and harsh dialogue, which Lee Jung Eun perfectly portrayed.
