Song Hye Kyo purchased the property in 2005 at 5 billion KRW (approximately 4 million USD).
The "Descendants of the Sun" actress planned to sell the building for 8 billion KRW, but she and the buyer agreed to meet in the middle and close the deal to 7.9 billion KRW in April 2022.
Because of this, Song Hye Kyo made a huge profit of 2.9 billion KRW (approximately 2.2 million USD).

According to the reports, the buyer of Song Hye Kyo's property was the wife of the CEO of HK Property. This Hong Kong real estate agency provides services for selling and renting residential properties.

On Friday, July 22, the production unit of the upcoming series confirmed the casting of Song Hye Kyo, Lee Do Hyun, Im Ji Yeon, Yeom Hye Ran, and Park Sung Hoon.
"The Glory," tells the story of a woman who plots revenge on a group of school bullies who destroyed her life and the bystanders who never stopped them.
