Lady Ho Yeon and her fiance visited the clinic after complaining about her hand tremors. However, the man resists Yoon Se Poong touching his soon-to-be wife and asks him about a possible remedy to cure her sickness.

The woman at the clinic noticed that he is being overly protective of her fiance.

On the other hand, Man Bok, who was in the woods hunting for food, came across Lady Ho Yeon and her manservant.

Man Bok thinks that Lady Ho Yeon was in danger and attempts to confront the manservant named Gae Ban but he loses consciousness after being hit in the head.

As soon as he woke up, he was surprised that they are being surrounded by the authorities and saw the lifeless Gae Ban beside him. With this, he was accused of murder and scheduled to be beheaded as his punishment.

After hearing the news, Yoon Se Poong was devastated to hear the status of Man Bok, whom he considered his only family.

While everyone, except the authorities, thinks that Man Bok is being framed up, Lady Seo thinks that this is in connection with the fiance of Lady Ho Yeon.

Since the duo couldn't investigate the case of Gae Ban as well as Lady Ho's health because the only allowed person to touch her is a woman, Seo Eun Woo decided to learn medicine.

Yoon Se Poong had a one-on-one study with Lady Seo and thankfully she could easily grasp the information.

In "Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist" episode 4, Seo Eun Woo was able to treat Lady Ho and also took the opportunity to ask her about the incident on the day that Gae ban died.

They learned that she and her manservant grew up together and became friends but her family treats him like a slave.

Interestingly, on the day of Man Bok's trial, it was revealed that the person behind the murder was her fiance.
