Singer-actress Seol In Ah was hailed as the 2022 Rising Star. On September 2, the female star's agency, Gold Medalist, delivered good news to fans.
At the 2022 Brand of the Year Grand Prize held at the famous Shilla Hotel in Seoul, Seol In Ah bagged the Actress of the Year (Rising Popularity), which proved her immense popularity since she starred in the SBS megahit rom-com series "Business Proposal."
The Brand of the Year Grand Prize is an event that selects and honors brands/artists that shine in the year through a public consumer vote every year. From July 4 to July 17, the result of a public consumer vote held online.

Thanks to her amazing role, performance, and great chemistry with actor Kim Min Gyu in "Business Proposal," Seol In Ah was able to solidify her potential as an actress. She also made a special appearance as a flight attendant in the disaster-adventure movie "Emergency Declaration," where she worked with Im Siwan, Lee Byung Hun, Song Kang Ho, and more. This also marked her silver screen debut.

Seol In Ah is making her small screen comeback with KBS' melodrama "Oasis." She will reunite with her former "School 2017" co-star Jang Dong Yoon. Both of them already confirmed their participation in the drama and fans are more than excited about their reunion.
Additionally, "Oasis" is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2023.

Aside from the film, Seol In Ah also has a new lead movie. She will share the frame with actor Yoon Si Yoon.
September 3 last year, the two were confirmed to join forces again and lead the movie "Nikang Nakang" (working title). However, up to this date, there are no confirmed dates yet when will be the movie's release and no other announcement yet about the other cast members who are also included in the project.
Yoon Si Yoon, on the other hand, is currently acting on the family-romance series "It's Beautiful" and continued to increase viewership ratings every week.
