Nana Reveals Her Reaction Upon Seeing the Movie ‘Confession’ For the First Time

Nana talks about her experience filming her new movie "Confession" and her reaction upon seeing it for the first time.

The singer-actress attended the press conference and preview of the movie along with director Yoon Jong Seok and co-stars So Ji Sub and Kim Yoon Jin of "Money Heist Korea."

The lead stars and director share their thoughts about the upcoming thriller crime film ahead of its theatrical release.

Nana's New Movie 'Confession' Premieres Two Years After Filming

"Confession" had its premiere in two festivals after being invited to Fribourg International Film Festival in Switzerland on March 20, 2022, and Europe's 24th Udine Far East Film Festival on April 30, 2022, and eventually having its big screen release on October 26.

However, before the festivals and theatrical release, the movie finished its production in 2020 unfortunately, the debut was delayed due to the pandemic.

As obtained by an outlet, Kim Yoon Jin revealed that it was their first time to "Confession" and said that the three of them "looked so young" at the time of the filming.

Moreover, the actress also said that she was a little surprised after Nana mentioned that she looked so young at the time of the production.

As for Nana, she pointed out that her visuals were a little different back then as compared to now.

"My cheeks were very chubby," she said.

The former After School member also shared having so much fun at the set and was excited to show "Confession" to the audience.

"I was so sorry that we couldn't do it at that time, but I think it's right to reveal the movie at a safe time, so I think this is also a positive thing," she added.

'Confession' Cast and Nana Working With So Ji Sub and Kim Yoon Jin

"Confession" focuses on a murder case with the suspect and the lawyer uncovering the truth behind the incident.

So Ji Sub plays the president of an IT company, Yoo Min Ho, and the primary suspect in a murder case.

He hired lawyer Yang Shin Ae, played by Kim Yoon Jin, who is eager to win the case to keep her status as a lawyer with a 100 percent winning rate.

Meanwhile, Nana plays Kim Se Hee, the one who knew the truth regarding the case.

"Confession" is Nana's first lead role in the movie as well as her comeback on the big screen after joining the cast of the 2017 action crime film "The Swindlers" starring Hyun Bin and Yoo Ji Tae.

In a separate report, Nana pointed out that she is "grateful and moved" to be acting alongside two top stars, So Ji Sub and Kim Yoon Jin.

Apart from "Confession" Nana also starred in the Netflix original series "Glitch" together with Jeon Yeo Bin.
