'Island' Episode 1: Ban & Father John Destined To Protect Won Mi Ho
On the mysterious island of Tamra, a couple made a visit for their wedding shoot. However, as they noticed the strange Dol Hareubangs, they began to touch them and the stones ended up releasing demonic spirits that went inside their bodies.
The couple turned into monsters who eat human organs or turn them into monsters like them. Gladly, Ban (Kim Nam Gil) was quick to appear and killed the evil spirit. However, the other one escaped hunting more.
Meanwhile, Priest John (Cha Eun Woo), who was busy preparing his things for the exorcism, was relaxed yet determined to sweep away the bad spirit in the lady's body, possessed by a bad spirit.
When he was already in the middle of his ritual, one of the fathers called him to tell the news that a new savior was born, and he was tasked to protect her at all costs.
Won Mi Ho Tries To Survive Life in Jeju
Won Mi Ho (Lee Da Hee) made another successful event at the museum, proving how great she is at work. However, her aunt, who was jealous of her and eager for a higher position in the company set a trap on her.
She was accused of beating two guys in a public place. The video went viral, which made her father send her to Jeju and reflect on what she did. However, she was shocked after arriving on the island as she encountered a demon eating a human's internal organs.
It made her shiver as the evil spirit knew about her. Won Mi Ho ran for her life as she tried to beat the monster. Thankfully, after the intense running, Ban appeared and saved Mi Ho.

He did not just save her once, but twice. He was stunned to see Won Mi Ho being chase by the lust demon, and so he appeared again in the last scene of episode 1 to show how he boldly used his weapon to protect Mi Ho against the enemies.
