Lee Dong Wook spoke about why he prefers not to read online posts about him but shared the most remarkable comment of a fan.
During his appearance in Elle Men Singapore, the Hallyu star participated in a segment where he had to answer even the most random questions - from his favorite ice cream flavor, to the funniest thing he read about himself online.
Lee Dong Wook's Dream Fantasy Role
At the beginning of the interview, Lee Dong Wook was asked about his dream role in a fantasy series.
As most of his fans would know, the South Korean star has headlined multiple K-dramas - from rom-com to fantasy and more.
Since he already played Korean folklore of the grim reaper and a nine-tailed, he says that he wanted to play the role of a vampire if given an opportunity.
To recall, Lee Dong Wook gained worldwide popularity after landing the grim reaper on "Goblin" with Gong Yoo and Kim Go Eun.
Interestingly, he starred in another fantasy drama "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" with Kim Bum portraying the role of a gumiho.
He might not have a vampire role yet but Lee Dong Wook was lauded by viewers for his antagonist character in "Strangers from Hell" as he took the role of a psycho killer by night and dentist by day.
As for his upcoming K-dramas, Lee Dong Wook will reprise his role in "Tale of the Nine-Tailed Season 3" and "Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938" as Lee Yeon a.k.a the gumiho.
Lee Dong Wook Dishes on His Most Memorable Fan Comment
The 41-year-old heartthrob is among the Hallyu stars who were very accommodating to fans.
Lee Dong Wook's fan service even made headlines after private messages through paid messaging app Universe went viral.
It was his heartfelt message to fans that showed how much he cared for them.

However, during his appearance with Elle Men Singapore, he revealed that he doesn't usually read articles, let alone comments about him, but one remark stood out the most that made him confused yet happy.
"Lee Dong Wook is f*cking handsome. Tell him to stop it," the comment reads with the actor couldn't interpret if it was a compliment or the total opposite.
Moreover, he recalled that the "words of the comment are bad, but the overall sentence sounds like a compliment," he said, adding "I laughed for some time when I saw this comment. I was like, 'What is this?'"
As for the fans, netizens flocked to the comment section and agreed with what the fan wrote about Lee Dong Wook's undeniable visuals.
One even mentioned that Lee Dong Woo seemed a humble person and of course one of the talented South Korean stars.
Meanwhile, fans also agreed that vampire roles look perfect for the actor but also roles such as merman would suit him.
