Song Joong Ki Talks About His ‘Biggest Goal in Life’ & Plans With Wife Katy Louise Saunders

Song Joong Ki discussed his plans with his career and family as he graced GQ Korea's latest issue.

The Hallyu star showed off his remarkable charm for the March 2023 issue of the fashion magazine. Besides his dazzling looks, the "Reborn Rich" actor also talked about welcoming a new milestone in his life.

Song Joong Ki on Having Family, Children

The South Korean heartthrob expressed his affection towards his wife Katy Louise Saunders. As obtained by a news portal, Song Joong Ki told GQ Korea about his marriage, which he described as "so good."

The actor said he "liked it," and mentioned that he looks forward to it.

"I think I said it in a previous interview, but having a family and having children was my biggest goal in life," he said.

To recall, Song Joong Ki made headlines after the actor dropped bombshell news regarding his marriage with Katy Louise Saunders, weeks after confirming that he is dating the British actress.

On his official fan cafe, the top star shared the happy news that he "has promised to continue living together with Katy Louise Saunders. In addition, he said that he "became a better person."

Interestingly, he also revealed that he has registered their marriage and was about to welcome their firstborn.

As for his appearance in GQ Korea, Song Joong Ki continued to talk about Katy Louise Saunders and said nice words for his wife.

"If I had to explain what kind of person Katie is, she is a good person who can tell a lot of stories," he said, adding that Song Joong Ki's wife, gives the actor "confidence in many parts."

When asked about his plans this spring, the actor said that he wanted to spend more time with his wife.

"Because it's the last spring before I become a father, I want to go on a lot of dates with my wife. A lot," he said.

Song Joong Ki and Katy Louise Saunders made headlines after the couple was spotted at the airport together and were greeted by the media and fans warmly.

The duo left Korea to visit Hungary where the actor is set to film his new movie, "My Name Is Loh Kiwan."

In addition, he also stars in the forthcoming drama film "Hopeless" with BiBi and Hong Xa Bin.

Adding to the list of Song Joong Ki's new movies is "My Name Is Loh Kiwan" where he is set to transform as a North Korean defector.
