‘Divorce Attorney Shin’ Episode 5: Kim Sung Kyun Heartbroken After Seeing His Wife
In "Divorce Attorney Shin" episode 5, Jang Hyeong Geun (Kim Sung Kyun) discovered a heartbreaking truth about his wife. Thankfully, his friends were there to cheer him up.
'Divorce Attorney Shin' Episode 5: Is Choi Jun Spying Shin Sung Han? + Lawyer Gets Complicated Case
Choi Jun (Han Eun Sung) made a deal that he would delete Shin Sung Han's video, playing the piano in public, if he hired him. The attorney was shocked hearing what Jun said, and even beat him up.
Luckily, Hyeong Gun (Kim Sung Kyun) appeared to stop them. They concluded that if Jun deleted the video, Sung Han would give him a chance.
Meanwhile, the team had a new client with a complicated case. Two ladies were fighting over a man, wherein the girlfriend asked the wife to divorce her husband.
Lee Seo Jin (Han Hye Jin), who had started working at the firm, joined them as a consultation coordinator as per Shin Sung Han's request.
The couple wanted Shin Sung Han to prove they were having an affair and get the divorce finalized. But it was not simple.
The husband, a professor, had liver cancer and needed a liver transplant. But his wife refused to help him.
While his girlfriend wanted to, she couldn't donate without being related to him. That was why they need to get married first.

Meanwhile, Shin Sung Han was excited to spend time with his nephew. He, however, was in doubt about Gi Yeong's current situation with his paternal grandparents.
Then, a flashback appeared, showing his sister's wedding.
Choi Jun is suspicious as he might be a spy sent by Park Yu Seok to observe Shin Sung Han. But it turned out that he was getting blackmailed by Yu Seok as well.
Hyeong Geun found Choi Jun contemplating his complicated life. He mentioned all his concerns, and even shared Shin Sung Han's issue with the Keum Hwa law firm.
The two went to Shin Sung Han and shared it. In response, the attorney coolly asked him to do the spy work and even get money from it.
Jang Hyeong Geun Heartbroken Because of His Wife
Lee Seo Jin received flowers from Jo Jeong Sik (Jung Moon Sung), which made her uncomfortable and confused about his motive. She ended up giving it to the noodle shop owner. The two discovered what Jeong Sik did and immediately warned him.
Gyeong Geun received a call from Ji Eun while she was having a medical emergency. He was driven by Kim So Yeon as he was already drunk.
Unfortunately, he met the guy his wife was living with. This made him emotional.
He then received a phone call from Shin Sung Han, who invited him to his apartment. There, the trio listened to each other's problems and had a comfortable and heartwarming talk with each other.
Before the episode concluded, a young boy visited Shin Sung Han's office, who turned out to be Professor Choi's son. He wanted to donate his liver to his father and wished his parents could get separated, so they wouldn't send him abroad.
Due to this, Shin Sung Han decided to take the case and went to Mr. Choi inform him of the things he needed to do.
