On March 29, famous online streaming giant Netflix officially confirmed that Kim Woo Bin's highly-anticipated drama "Black Knight" will meet the viewers starting May 12.

Based on a popular webtoon, "Black Knight" occurs in 2071 when pollution has become severe that humans can't survive without respirators. It will follow the journey of legendary delivery man 5-8, who has incredible fighting skills. He meets Sa Wol, who wants to become a delivery man like him as they are the only refugees to save people.
In addition, as Korea experiences desertification, the remaining one percent of humanity has become stratified. The only hope people see is delivery men, as they play an important role in saving humanity.
Kim Woo Bin, who is finally getting ready for his acting comeback will take the role of the legendary delivery man 5-8.
Netflix Shares 'Black Knight' Preview Poster
On March 2, Netflix dropped a new poster that gives a sneak peek of the desolate world covered in sand against the backdrop of collapsed skyscrapers. A guy behind the respirator is approaching with a box in his hands, raising anticipation from the viewers of how the story will unfold in this chaotic situation.
Apart from Kim Woo Bin, K-drama stars Esom, Kang You Seok, Song Seung Heon, Jin Kyung, Kim Eui Sung, and Park Jun Hyuk will also appear in the dystopian series.
"Black Knight" is Kim Woo Bin's first drama this 2023. He first met the viewers in 2022 through the series "Our Blues," which marked his small screen comeback following six years of showbiz break.
