Kim Hee Ae & Moon So Ri in 'QueenMaker'
After months of waiting, finally, the two award-winning Korean actresses will headline the new drama "QueenMaker."
Helmed by "My Sassy Girl" director Oh Jin Suk, the upcoming Netflix series depicts the story of two women set to make a difference in politics.
Interestingly, "QueenMaker" will focus on "womance" or the female version of "bromance" since it willl highlight stories of Hwang Do Hee (Kim Hee Ae) and Oh Seung Sook (Moon So Ri).

In the drama, Hwang Do Hee is a skilled career-woman, who made a name for herself in the industry. Impressed by Oh Seung Sook's dedication, she offered her a chance of a lifetime.
Known as the "crazy rhinoceros," Oh Seung Sook is a passionate labor rights lawyer who aims to protect the common people and workers from abusive companies and influential people. She is a self-proclaimed Korean Lady of Justice, who showcase women empowerment. With this, Hwang Do Hee wanted to help her to be the next mayor of Seoul.
"QueenMaker" will showcase the intense chemistry between the two top stars.
Kim Hee Ae is known for her role in "The World of the Married" and while the 42nd Blue Dragon Film Awards Best Actress Moon So Ri stars in "Three Sisters" and "On the Verge of Sanity" with Jung Jae Young.
Han So Hee & Song Hye Kyo in 'The Price of Confession'
Back in March, K-drama fans were stunned after Han So Hee teased the public with a photo of her taken by Song Hye Kyo. What made everyone excited is the caption "The Price of Confession," which is said to be their upcoming project.
Prior to this, the Hallyu queen and the "My Name" star have been sending clues about their new K-drama. At the height of "The Glory," where Song Hye Kyo is the lead star, the actress uploaded an image of her character, Moon Dong Eun.
Among the comment includes Han So Hee who wrote, "Mine now...", sending fans into a frenzy.
In the upcoming K-drama, Han So Hee will take on the role of Mo Eun, a mysterious woman who gets caught up in a murder case, along with Ahn Yoon Su, played by Song Hye Kyo.
Lim Ji Yeon and Kim Tae Hee in 'House With a Yard'
Among the newest team-up announced this 2023 is an upcoming series starring "The Glory" star Lim Ji Yeon and Kim Tae Hee.
The duo is confirmed to appear in the forthcoming K-drama "House With a Yard" set to air under ENA in June.
The novel-based series focuses on the lives of two women with opposite backgrounds but ended up having the same fate.
