"Taxi Driver 2" star Lee Je Hoon shows dominance in the May Drama Actor Brand Reputation Rankings.
In the latest rankings released by the Korean Business Research Institute, the SBS crime action series holds the spot with the highest brand reputation index.
The rankings are based on the participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of 50 K-drama stars who appeared in a series between April 5 and May 5.
Lee Je Hoon Ranked First in May Drama Actor Brand Reputation
In the latest monthly rankings, Lee Je Hoon secured the top spot and was hailed as the leading celebrity for the May Drama Actor Brand Reputation Rankings.
It is due to the popularity of the webtoon based K-drama "Taxi Driver 2," where the actor portrays the anti-hero Kim Do Gi.
To recall, Lee Je Hoon reprised his role and showed off intense scenes in every episode.
On top of that, "Taxi Driver 2" also concluded the season with high viewership and even surpassed season 1's all time high ratings.
According to a media outlet, the actor scored a reputation index of 5,232,935.
In addition, his high ranking keywords include the K-drama "Taxi Driver," Lee je Hoon's upcoming series "Chief Inspector," and "You Quiz on the Block," where he appeared as one of the show's guests.
Meanwhile, the high-ranking terms include "refreshing," "revenge," and "donate."
Lastly, the actor's positivity-negativity analysis garnered 82.07 percent positive reactions.
Lee Je Hoon is joined by his "Taxi Driver 2" co-star Pyo Ye Jin, landing fifth place.
Interestingly, another hit K-drama made it to the second spot.
"Doctor Cha" lead star Uhm Jung Hwa, ranked second with a brand reputation index of 2,919,343.

He will headline the mystery drama series "Chief Inspector 1963," helmed by Kim Sung Hoon of "Confidential Assignment 1" and "Rampant."
From being a former military officer turned taxi driver, Lee Je Hoon will transform into the legendary inspector Park Young Han.
